About Us

Speed Fab-Crete is a Texas general contractor building since 1951, specializing in Design-Build, CMAR, commercial, automotive, municipal, public safety, concrete and precast construction.

For more than 75 years, SFC has built lasting relationships and facilities throughout Texas, completing more than 1,000 projects. Our connection to Grapevine dates back to the late 1980s/early 1990s, when SFC constructed the original Classic Chevrolet facility. Since then, we have built and improved several businesses throughout the Grapevine community and continue our work with Classic Chevrolet today.

SFC provides clients with a full-service construction team from early preconstruction and estimating through construction and project completion. Our in-house concrete and precast capabilities, experienced field teams and long-standing relationships with architects, subcontractors and owners allow us to deliver projects with a strong focus on quality, value and schedule.

We are proud of our Texas roots and our decades-long history in Grapevine. As a member of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, SFC looks forward to strengthening local relationships, supporting the business community and continuing to build in Grapevine and across North Texas.
