Social Outreach Coordinator

Responsible for the daily activities related to the Serving Our Seniors (SOS) Social Outreach programs and connected administrative functions in the office. Specifically, oversee and manage all Social Outreach sub-programs: Visiting Friends/Phone Friends, Holiday Outreach, Social Events (monthly luncheon and quarterly outings), Goody bags and Connecting Hearts (monthly cards to clients).
