Jennifer Trotter is the owner and principal artist behind Dallas/Fort Worth's award-winning bridal beauty team, Lip Service Makeup. Lip Service has been awarded the prestigious AACWP Vendi Award for Favorite Hair and Makeup in DFW in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, as well as other awards and accolades. In addition to beautifying 175+ brides each year, Jennifer and her team also work on such diverse projects as major motion pictures, Dateline NBC, commercial and media clients, and tv and film projects with Oxygen, Netflix, Paramount and more. Jennifer’s work has been featured in media outlets such as BRIDES Magazine, The Today Show, Bustle.com, and Martha Stewart Weddings. She’s an active member of her local chapters of WIPA and NACE, and Society of Wedding Professionals…as well as the Professional Wedding Guild (PWG), for which she has served as a board member for the last 8 years.
She's also a communications expert with a background that includes conflict resolution, corporate training, PR and nearly 10 years as a Program Director for the Make A Wish Foundation. Melding her business background with her vast experience as a wedding vendor gives Jennifer a unique perspective! She not only knows how to manage the occasional bridezilla, but she also coaches other business owners in how to manage the communication element of their business by mastering techniques designed to reduce conflict and create positive interactions with clients. She serves as a featured speaker at national conferences such as CaterSource and the Wedding MBA.
