The Grapevine Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)6 non-profit corporation which was chartered in 1952. The Chamber's operational budget comes from the business member's yearly investment, as well as projects and special events.

The mission, budget and program of work is designed by the volunteer Board of Directors made up of elected and appointed members. The board hire a CEO to maintain the day to day operations of the organization and staff, which is housed at the Chamber office.
