We are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join our team as independent contractor sales representatives and project managers.
As an Independent Contractor – Sales Representative & Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities for our custom countertop services. You will have the flexibility to work in various geographic areas within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a commission-only position with lucrative earning potential based on your ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Higher commission percentage for self-generated leads.
- Lower commission percentage if the company provides leads.
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
- Generate and cultivate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and take necessary project measurements.
- Provide accurate estimates and close deals with residential and commercial clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and project process.
- Coordinate with fabricators, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and project details.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or countertop industry.
- Strong ability to network, build relationships, and generate self-sourced leads.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
- Basic knowledge of countertop materials (granite, quartz, marble, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- High earning potential with a generous commission structure.
- Flexibility to work your own schedule.
