Job description

Commercial roofing sales in the North Texas markets.

Responsibilities

Responsible for revenue generating of existing properties that are for commercial flat roof systems, and metal roofs. In 90 days, 100% commission to prove your abilities. Ability to create 5-10 new appointments a week. Maintain contacts in CRM database. Generate a minimum $85,000 a month in gross contract revenue. Sell roof maintenance agreements. Must provide vehicle and tools required for roof evaluations. If you are not a self starter that can market and close deals, nor accomplish these goals, Do Not Apply!

Qualifications

No roofing experience required. Strong sales and account management skills must be demonstrated. If you do not have sales experience, DO NOT APPLY.
