Position Overview

The Tasting Room Bartender is the face of our guest experience. This role combines hospitality, wine service, light food preparation, and tasting-room operations. Ideal candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable guiding guests through wines in an approachable, engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest—warm, attentive, and guest-focused service

• Pour wines by the glass, lead guests through curated flights, and provide basic tasting notes

• Prepare and plate small food items according to our standards

• Maintain a clean, organized bar and tasting room environment

• Bus tables, reset seating areas, and support smooth service flow

• Guide guests through menu offerings, wine selections, and retail purchases

• Follow all TABC and food-safety guidelines

• Assist with opening/closing duties and general upkeep of the space

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hospitality instincts and a genuine love for guest interaction

• Prior experience in bartending, tasting rooms, or hospitality preferred

• Interest in wine and willingness to learn (we’ll train you)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

• Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain TABC certification

• Must be able to lift 20lbs
