Responsible for Mid-Cities Care Corps (MCCC) activities related to fundraising and marketing. The position will lead all fundraising efforts while working directly with committees and staff in support of those events, oversee social media and other marketing areas and assist the Executive Director with community obligations.
? Reports to Executive Director
? Coordinates and directs activities to cover all aspects of fundraising
? Leads marketing efforts
? BS or BA from an accredited university in marketing, journalism, communication, or business preferred
? Minimum two years of fundraising experience
? Ability to manage and lead multiple projects
? Excellent organization skills
? Works well in a team environment
? Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
? Proficient with social media (facebook, twitter, etc.)
Hours: 20 hours/week dictated by fundraising events (up to 30 hours during February, September, and October as needed), and to cover community obligations.
