Position: Membership Sales & Community Partnership Specialist
Location: HOTWORX Southlake, TX
Do you have a passion for fitness, people, and building community connections? HOTWORX Southlake is looking for a motivated and outgoing professional to help us grow our member base and strengthen our partnerships within the Southlake/Grapevine community.
As a Membership Sales & Community Partnership Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our studio’s growth — welcoming new members, creating lasting relationships with local businesses and organizations, and representing the HOTWORX brand with energy and professionalism.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Engage with prospective members — conduct tours, explain the HOTWORX 24/7 infrared fitness experience, and guide them through membership options.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, and first responders to promote community wellness initiatives.
• Plan and attend outreach events, pop-ups, and local networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
• Maintain organized follow-up systems for leads, trials, and partnership contacts.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager and team to meet and exceed membership goals.
• Create social media and promotional content to highlight member success stories and local collaborations.

• A friendly, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Sales or marketing experience (fitness industry experience is a plus!).
• Self-motivated and organized — you thrive in a goal-driven environment.
• A community-minded individual who enjoys networking and making connections.
• Availability for some evenings or weekends for events and community engagements.
