Texas HVAC Experts is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes exceptional pride in their work, understands proper installation practices and who can lead an installation from start to finish with little supervision.
Responsibilities 

• Lead residential/light commercial HVAC change-outs and new system installations
• Install furnaces, air handlers, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, duct work and smart thermostats 
• Have the ability to recognize performance issues while working/replacement of system
• Ability to perform brazing, vacuum and charge system to manufacture specifications
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, project managers and other teammates
• Minimum 3+ years as lead installer (verified) 
• Dependable, professional and able to work well with others

What we are looking for
We aren't looking for someone who simply knows how to set equipment (box changers). We want a craftsman who takes ownership of the entire installation and understands that the quality of the install determines the performance and life of the system

Attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness and doing the job right the first time are extremely important to us
