Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to provide exceptional support at our front desk and throughout the office. This role is vital in delivering outstanding customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish), and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer and manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate team members when needed
- Perform administrative tasks, including accurate data entry, updating client records, and generating insurance documents such as ID cards.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client needs, verifying information
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) to create reports, manage documentation, and track client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to services or operations.
- Proactively manage multiple tasks, prioritizing client needs while maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is preferred to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and accurate typing for data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Experience handling high call volumes is a plus.
- Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
