Women's Inner Child Art Workshop (Virtual)

Join us for a virtual journey into creative self-discovery. Our women's expressive arts group provides a nurturing online space where you can explore various artistic mediums, from intuitive painting to movement and poetry, all from the comfort of your home. 
 

Each session is led by certified ATRS and LPCs who blend gentle guidance with spontaneous creativity, helping you tap into your authentic voice while connecting with a supportive community of fellow women. No prior artistic experience needed – just bring your curiosity and an open heart to this transformative and therapeutic digital gathering.
 

Materials: Whatever you have at home is fine! You may use colored pencils, markers, acrylic paint, or watercolors for each exercise. Once registered specific instructions will be emailed to you on the curriculum of the session.
 

For safety and privacy, a Zoom link will be provided via email once registered.
