Texas Chamber of Commerce Week

In so doing, they build a better, more prosperous life for themselves and for their posterity, and in turn, they have made Texas a formidable economic powerhouse. Today, there is no place wherein the American Dream is as eminently attainable as it is in Texas, and in many instances, local chambers of commerce enable Texans to achieve this inimitable dream.

These local chambers of commerce function as the bridge that connects citizens to their aspirations. Each year, a week in October is set aside to acknowledge the achievements of local chambers of commerce and to celebrate the critical role they play in our state. By providing robust support to their communities, chambers of commerce aid Texans as they strive to secure the blessings of liberty.
