Sign Up Saturday - Free Health & Wellness Expo
Baylor Grapevine Regional Medical Center and the Grapevine Colleyville ISD present Sign Up Saturday, a FREE health and wellness expo for our community. The expo will provide families the opportunity to register for physically active programs and health initiatives.
The event will also include free health screenings for children along with health and safety education.
