Legislative Day in Austin with Leadership Grapevine
The Grapevine Chamber will be taking a bus to Austin on Wednesday, March 29, and we hope that you will ride along with us! The trip will include the Leadership Grapevine Class, as well as other community and business leaders. This is a great way to remind our elected officials in Austin that their decisions during the 85th Texas Legislature affect those of us in North Texas and specifically, Grapevine!
Schedule:
6:00 a.m. | Meet at the Chamber / Continental Breakfast provided
6:15 a.m. | Bus Departs from Grapevine
9:45 a.m. | Bus Arrives at Capital
10:00 a.m. | Tours of Capital
10:30 a.m. | Visit the House and Senate Chambers
11:30 a.m. | Lunch at the Austin Club
1:00 p.m. | Photo on the Steps with Legislative Leaders
1:30 p.m. | Office Visits
3:30 p.m. | Hear from Elected officials including:
Senator Kelly Hancock
Representative Giovanni Capriglione
Invited: Lt. Governor Dan Patrick
7:30 p.m. | Bus Departs Austin
11:00 p.m. | Bus Arrives in Grapevine
