Accountability is about being responsible for actions and results, and many around us do not want to accept this role of being accountable. Leading others to adopt this concept is not an easy task, but you can improve this skill and see better results.
 
Lauren Midgley, a business strategy coach and author of The Power of Focus, Intention and Momentum, will challenge us to "amp up" our own accountability efforts and those we lead. Join the session and learn how to implement the five elements of accountability and impact results NOW.  
 
At this session, you will specifically learn:

• Embrace the three agreements needed to hold yourself and other accountable

• Identify exactly what you want to accomplish through improved focus

• Set reasonable deadlines for yourself and your team

• Communicate the commitment

• Agree upon the consequences - good and bad

This session is a great reminder of what we are NOT doing but should be!
