With today’s aging demographics there is a great need to integrate into the workplace a whole new generation of talent—the Millennials—more often referred to as Gen Y. Unfortunately, there are many misconceptions about this generation; about their motivation and their capabilities.

As a result, you will be able to more effectively embrace the potential of this bright, talented and energetic young generation and leverage their talent to ensure your future growth and profitability.
