About Kids Matter International

For many of us, the most heartbreaking vision is of children suffering. It is even harder to imagine that this suffering is happening in our communities. For Kids Matter, we work hard to help ease the suffering of these children each day.

You might have heard about Kids Matter before. Hopefully you have heard about the thousands of children who

• received new clothes, shoes, backpacks with books for school because of our annual Around the Block program in North Texas
• received new books in a national program in partnership with the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy.
• received backpacks we filled with supplies and distributed nationally in partnership with The Ryan Palmer Foundation.
• participated in the Heart of a Champion character education program accepted by hundreds of schools nationally.
• from other local charities that received help and needed supplies provided by Kids Matter.

Through the many years as a non-profit organization our mission of helping children in need is simple. We continue to see an overwhelming amount of disadvantaged children who are in need of clothes, food, school supplies, and educational programs. Without support, the thousands of children that Kids Matter helps would not receive these basic necessities.

We as a charity are surrounded by good people doing great things for children in need. We simply care about helping all the children we can. Because all Kids Matter.
