Bulk registration: Save an additional $5 per additional person when registering 2 -5 people on a single registration.
$20 if reservation made by NOON the Tuesday prior to the luncheon
$30 for late registrations and walk-ins
Reservations not canceled by 1 p.m. the Wednesday before the luncheon will be billed
$5 fee for invoicing
