Gentle Yoga Class For Anxiety
This is a gentle beginners yoga class for women. The class is geared towards relaxation and to help reduce anxiety.

What To Bring: Please bring a yoga mat or large towel (we will have a few extras if needed).

This particular class is not geared exclusively towards survivors of sexual abuse and is open to all women.
