Hosted by Mrs. Claus, (while her husband is busy getting ready for his big night) this is the "official" kick-off to the holiday season in Grapevine where the Mayor "flips the switch" to light millions of lights throughout Historic Downtown Grapevine, including the 35' community Christmas tree. The community is invited to join in singing in the season with youth choirs and special performers celebrating a mix of traditional and contemporary holiday favorites. The event also includes the Light Show Spectacular that involves all of the Town Square, including the gazebo, seven live oak trees, nine "mini" trees, and three arches choreographed to music. Refreshments provided.
