Amy Rosellini is the Chief People Officer at Park Place Dealerships, where she works with human resources, organizational development and recruiting to find ways to innovate people strategies in the automotive industry.  She spent much of her career in retail working at Nordstrom and The Container Store, where she embraced the practice of customer service as the key to growing a successful company.  

Her professional passion is knowledge management – helping companies maintain knowledge even when employees leave. 

Outside the office, Amy is an improvisational comedian entertaining audiences at Dallas Comedy House and helping businesses use the tenets of improvisation to improve communication.  She doesn’t take herself too seriously and doesn’t think you should either.
