\n\nEach session is led by certified ATRS and LPCs who blend gentle guidance with spontaneous creativity\, helping you tap into your authentic voice while connecting with a supportive community of fellow women. No prior artistic experience needed &ndash\; just bring your curiosity and an open heart to this transformative and therapeutic digital gathering.
\n\nMaterials: Whatever you have at home is fine! You may use colored pencils\, markers\, acrylic paint\, or watercolors for each exercise. Once registered\, specific instructions will be emailed to you on the curriculum of the session.
