DESCRIPTION:If you or someone you know are journeying the ever changing tides of an aging loved one\, we have help and support for you!  Beginning Thursday\, November 21\, 2013 at 6 pm\, Roxanne Evans\, BSW\, LSW and Community Sales Director for Meadowood Assisted Living and Memory Care at the Vineyards\, will start "The Journey"\, a resourceful support group. Whether its Alzheimer's\, dementia\, or other health related issues\; education\, support and sharing your story with each other\, reduces the challenges of caregiving.  During each meeting there will be a time to connect with others and share community resources\; you will be educated by professionals who work\, daily\, loving and celebrating the lives of aging adults and families/caregivers.  Sharing with others often lessens our own anxieties about our challenges.  The November topic is "Surviving the Holidays While Caring for Aging Loved Ones".  Please come fellowship and share with us on Thursday\, November 21\, 2013 at 6 PM at Fire Station 4\, Community Room located at 4500 Merlot Ave\, Grapevine.
