Thompson is a professional engineer with 15 years of experience in the planning\, design and construction of transit projects\, including both light and commuter rail projects. Prior to joining The T he worked for CH2M Hill\, URS & CP&Y engineering consulting firms. Thompson received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2000.\n\n\n\nAbout TEX Rail:\n\nTEX Rail is a 27-mile commuter rail project being developed by the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T) and will be the next passenger rail service coming to Tarrant County. TEX Rail will carry passengers from downtown Fort Worth\, on to Grapevine and into the north end of DFW International Airport. For updates on the project\, visit www.TEXRail.com.
