Has your teenage daughter ever told you that they do not feel that you understand them? does your family experience conflict specifically with regard to communication with your teen? Most parents of teens could answer yes to all of these questions. There are a lot of reasons why communication with teens and parents is unhealthy. During this talk\, you will learn about yourself as a communicator including your strengths and areas of desired growth. As parents\, you will also be learning new ways to talk and listen to your teens in order to overall improve the health of your relationships. We will also teach intervention tools to help you better manage your emotions in the conflict.\n\nThis Lunch and Learn is kicking off our Teen Talk Series.
