Discussion will include basic plan designs of both the 401(k) Profit Sharing and Defined Benefit plans and outline how small employers can effectively benefit tax wise with the establishment of layered employer sponsored qualified retirement plans.\n\n	\n\n	Credit Hours: 1 hour of CPE credit.
