We here at Mac's normally close Super Bowl Sunday evening, be we ask that you please join us Sunday, February 7, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. for a very special night.
A very close friend Michael Mahoney, was involved in a serious hover board accident which resulted in several skull and facial fractures, bleeding on the brain, and severe swelling and bruising. He is on a long road to recovery but thankfully is home now. His injury will require months of therapy and Michael is the sole financial provider for his sweet family, Natalie and their daughter Mallory. We have sent prayers his way bu wanted to help his family with the financial stress that this type of injury sometimes causes.
Please join us as we prepare a very special menu with all tips by the wait staff and bartenders going to his family. Mac's is donating 100% of the profits from this event to his family for the various costs that an accident like this incurs.
We will have Happy House pricing for the evening, a "Super Bowl Menu," and $10 Raffle Tickets for a chance to win a dinner for 2, including a bottle of wine. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Michael.

About the Speakers:
Grapevine Police Chief Eddie Salame began his law enforcement career with the Fort Worth Police Department in 1984, before joining the Grapevine Police Department in 1991. He was appointed Chief of Police in 2005. He has been married for 32 years and has two daughters and four grandchildren.
Senior Officer Shane Harding has 15 years of police experience and began with the Grapevine Police Department in 2004. He was certified as a Police Motorcycle Officer in 2008, and he is currently assigned to the Grapevine Police Traffic Unit. He is married and has three children, two sons and one daughter.

About the Speaker:
Nikki Nanos graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech/Drama from Northern Michigan University in 1978. She extended her education at Northern one extra year with a graduate Directed Study in Directing and Acting. She went from the freezing yet beautiful north of Michigan to California Institute of the Arts receiving a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Acting in 1981.
In 1987 Nikki was honored with the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from Northern Michigan University for her accomplishments in the entertainment industry. She has worked in the theatre and film industry for over 30 years, acting, teaching acting, field producing and directing to name a few. Nikki taught drama at Beverly Hills Prep School in Beverly Hills and taught acting at KD Studios Actors Conservatory here in Dallas. While in Los Angeles she was the Production Coordinator for the Westwood and Hollywood Playhouses and had the opportunity to work with such greats as Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald and Peggy Lee to name a few. Nikki was also the 2nd Unit Location Manager on the television show Walker, Texas Ranger.
Nikki began her journey into public speaking by joining Toastmasters International in 2009 with no intention of making public speaking a career, but she says, the bug bit her just as it had in acting so many years before. She joined the National Speakers Association-North Texas in 2014 as a speaking professional and public speaking coach. She brings to the public speaking arena her extensive theatre and film training and credits that training and knowledge for her successes in speaking and coaching. |

Now in its seventh year, the Northeast Tarrant Transportation Summit, hosted by Tarrant County Commissioner Gary Fickes, has grown to become one of the premier transportation events in Texas.
