Or was it Tatyana, the self-proclaimed Queen of the Gypsies, who read more than Mr. Green’s palms. Then there’s Clarice Green, wife of the dearly departed, who may have taken her horse training skills a bit too far. Or maybe Mortimer Morton, the local undertaker, had an extra casket to fill. All predictions indicate chaos and laughter in the immediate future as you help the Marshal read the signs and solve the crime.

Me and My Monkey Me and My Monkey is a Beatles tribute band that pays incredible attention to detail to recreate the feeling of seeing a live Beatles show. The band has toured around the U.S. and played in the U.K. as well. The Fort Worth weekly elected Me and My Monkey as the Best Cover Band 2003. This Beatles tribute band says that they will stop at nothing to give people the feeling that they are actually seeing and hearing the Beatles live. Midnight River Choir Drawn together out of mutual respect for each other?s talents and the common thread of passion for creating soulful music, Midnight River Choir has established themselves as a ?must see? in markets across the United States. With their variety of covers for numerous artists and their own feel of rock and Texas Groove, this band will have you laughin?, cryin?, two steppin?, and rockin? out - sometimes all in the same song. Jolie Holliday International Country Music Star, Jolie Holliday, was introduced to the love of music at a very young age. Born in Dallas, Texas, Jolie has stayed true to her roots and continues to enthusiastically treat fans to her high energy, yet intimate live performances. About the Speakers:
Prior to joining JPS in 2012, Labbe was the editorial director for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. When she was hired in 1992 as editorial director for the Arlington edition of the newspaper, she was the first fulltime female editorial writer in the newspaper's history.

Labbe went to the Star-Telegram after serving as editor of the A.H. Belo Corp.'s Grand Prairie Daily News. Her work experience prior to newspapers includes a stint as a national public relations coordinator for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and eight years in hotel sales and marketing in north Texas.

Labbe sits on the boards of Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth and the Tarrant Literacy Coalition, a nonprofit agency she helped found that advocates for and provides training to low-literate adults in Tarrant, Parker and Johnson counties. She is a member of the Board of Visitors for the AddRan College of Liberal Arts at Texas Christian University.

Labbe is a life member of the Kansas University Alumni Association, having spent four great years of learning – and not all of it in a classroom – at the Lawrence campus.

Rule attended and graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance, then completed his MBA at Texas Tech University.

After nearly 7 years working in operations and financial analysis, lastly as Vice President of Planning and Analysis with an investment bank in Dallas, Rule earned his Law degree from Texas Wesleyan University.  Rule was admitted to the Texas Bar in May of 1997.  

Rule practiced law in-house for financial services firms and an insurance holding company system as Associate General Counsel before joining JPS as Vice President of Planning and Analysis in September of 2009 where he oversees real estate, planning, insurance procurement, legal services, and other administrative areas.

Join us for the 12th Annual GRACE Gala benefiting GRACE in Grapevine. The black tie event has become known as the premier event in Northeast Tarrant County, boasting gourmet food, fine wine, superb entertainment and unparalleled auction items.

This year the Gala Committee is unveiling a diamond-studded motif that promises to be as purposeful as it is glamorous. GRACE is a faith-based, social service agency that has been a haven to more than 5,100 families and individuals each year.

For nearly three decades, GRACE has partnered with the community of Greater Northeast Tarrant County to provide food, clothing, shelter, education and medical care to guide families and individuals toward self-sufficiency. All of the night's proceeds fund programs that serve emergency assistance to those in need. As GRACE's largest fund raising event of the year, the event revenue allows GRACE to give food, clothing, shelter, education and medical care and other types of emergency assistance to families facing crisis.

The 2015 GRACE Gala will take place on Saturday, October 10 at the Irving Convention Center. Sponsorships range from $1,500 to $15,000. Individual tickets are $300, and a table of ten is $2,750. Auction item sponsorships are also available.

A program of the City of Grapevine and the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Grapevine offers an educational experience designed to develop an awareness of the city, its relationship with the DFW Metroplex and to provide personal leadership training. At the conclusion of the program, participants are better prepared, to seek leadership roles, both within their business and community.

Participation in the class is limited to 25 individuals. Leadership Grapevine participants are selected through an application and selection process, with the purpose of this process to assure a mix of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences that represent a cross section of the city.

Greedy Granbury Green, the town’s big shot banker, has been bumped off and Marshal Jim Courtright may need a crystal ball to figure out who’s done it. Could it be Dusty Muddwater, the fastidiously clean and directionally challenged prospector with gold in his future? Or was it Tatyana, the self-proclaimed Queen of the Gypsies, who read more than Mr. Green’s palms. Then there’s Clarice Green, wife of the dearly departed, who may have taken her horse training skills a bit too far. Or maybe Mortimer Morton, the local undertaker, had an extra casket to fill. All predictions indicate chaos and laughter in the immediate future as you help the Marshal read the signs and solve the crime.
