About the Presenter:
Kent has more than 22 years of experience working in employee development and training. He is a senior consultant with C.J. Baxter Group (www.cjbaxtergroup.com), an employee development firm based in Nacogdoches.
A recognized global leader, facilitator, and trainer, Kent has worked as cluster facilitator at the nationally recognized LeaderShape Institute (www.leadershape.org); and he regularly facilitates leadership and team retreats for businesses and community organizations. Kent is also a frequent seminar leader; and keynote speaker for professional conferences, and banquets and dinners.
